Appointments & Cancellation Policy
We reserve your appointment time just for you. We understand that sometimes schedules change, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment so that we can offer that time to another patient. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to change an appointment, and changes must be made during regular office hours (Monday-Thursday 8-5). Please keep in mind that our text and voicemail are not monitored after hours for schedule changes. Cancellations without a 24 hour notice are subject to a $75 charge.
Financial Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. If you have dental benefits, we will collect your estimated out of pocket at your visit and we will send a claim. After insurance has paid, we will send one statement to you if there is a balance owing. For your convenience, you can leave a card securely on file to charge any remaining balance to.
In order to provide the best quality dentistry and to be able to take the time necessary to provide excellent patient care, we are not contracted with insurance companies. For many patients, there is not a difference in coverage between in and out of network providers. We are happy to answer any questions you have about your out of network benefits.
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
Financing Options
Because we are a dental office and not a bank, we are unable to offer in-office financing. But we work closely with two companies that offer flexible payment arrangements to allow you to get the care you need today and make payments over time. Sunbit and Care Credit both offer patient credit that can be used for dental care. You can apply online at sunbit.com or carecredit.com
